Elevator Maintenance Service

The U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for three OTIS GEN-2 elevators at US Government owned properties. The contractor will be required to perform both scheduled and unscheduled work to keep the elevators in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four one-year option periods. • The contractor must furnish managerial, administrative, and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting an offer. • The quotation must be submitted electronically in two separate folders (Financial vs Technical) to [email protected]. • The file size must not exceed 30MB, and if it does, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
