Description
The Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) is seeking a contractor to repair and refresh the parking lot at the Marine Raider Center (MRC) at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project involves cleaning, filling, and sealing approximately 130,000 square feet of parking lot, as well as restriping and replacing concrete parking blocks. The contractor must also ensure that at least 50% of the parking capacity remains operational at all times during the project. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits a proposal that meets the technical requirements and offers the lowest evaluated reasonable price.
