CANYON FALLS RETAINING WALL REPAIR

The Town of Northlake is seeking bids for the construction of a stone gravity retaining wall repair, sidewalk replacement, and riprap placement west of Canyon Falls Big Sky Park. The project includes the reconstruction of approximately 720 square feet of gravity retaining wall, 150 square feet of gravity retaining surface repair, 4,800 square feet of sidewalk replacement, and 240 square yards of concrete riprap. The improvements include preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, erosion control, gravity retaining wall replacement/repair, sidewalk reconstruction, concrete riprap, stone riprap, and storm drain improvements. • The bid must include a $100,000 construction allowance for contingencies. • The contractor must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area. • Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder whose evaluation by the Owner indicates that the award will be in the best interests of the project.
