The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide a Volunteer Management System. The system should include a subscription for 1 year for 100 users, maintenance and technical support, one-time implementation cost, and initial training for 100 users plus train-the-trainer certification. The vendor should provide a detailed price sheet with unit prices and extended amounts for each item. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The volunteer management system should be able to support 100 users.
• The system should include email/sms texting for 500,000 texts per year.
• The vendor should provide project management and acceptance testing.
• The vendor should provide a one-time implementation cost and initial training.
• The contract will be for 1 year, with the option for renewal.
