The Oregon Health Authority is seeking volunteer, nonprofit, tribal, faith‑based, or other eligible organizations to provide enrollment assistance and system navigation services to Oregon residents seeking health coverage through OHA or HealthCare.gov. Applicants must submit a completed application form via OregonBuys, demonstrate ability to meet conflict‑of‑interest and insurance requirements, and ensure all volunteers are trained, certified, and pass background checks. No monetary compensation is provided; the work is entirely volunteer‑based, with OHA supplying training, outreach materials, and technical support.
