Notice of Intent to Sole Source Syncrolift

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source firm fixed contract to Syncrolift for preventative maintenance on the Boatlift at Syncrolift, located at the Corps facility, Caven Point Marine Terminal, in Jersey City, New Jersey. Syncrolift is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment and has the capability to provide genuine OEM parts and service. The notice of intent is to give notice of the Government's intent to make a sole source award under the authority cited in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. • The contract is for preventative maintenance on the Boatlift at Syncrolift. • Syncrolift is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The Boatlift is located at the Corps facility, Caven Point Marine Terminal, in Jersey City, New Jersey.
