Description
The Columbia County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the boardwalk replacement at Reed Creek Interpretive Center. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of the boardwalk. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 5, 2026. Bids will be received electronically until August 27, 2026. The bid bond must be submitted electronically, and letters of credit will not be accepted in lieu of bid bonds.
• The bid must include prices in words and figures and be accompanied by a bid bond drawn in favor of Columbia County, Georgia.
• The bid bond must be at least 10% of the total bid amount.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
