WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - SAN JOSE

The Office of Emergency Services is looking for approximately 347 square feet of office space and 3,050 square feet of support/warehouse space in the City of San Jose, plus 12 parking spaces. The building must be Asbestos Hazard-free, accommodate State plans and specifications, be close to public transportation, and comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will give preference to buildings that demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. • The office space and support/warehouse space must be in the City of San Jose. • The building must be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy. • The building must accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes. • The building must be close to public transportation. • The building must comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. • The State of California will give preference to buildings that demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance.
