Project Description: Renovations at the Brooklyn College Cancer Center and Chemistry Department. This project scope includes reconfiguration and upgrade of the existing 500 square feet (SF) outdated Chemical Storage Rooms, and renovation of the two Chemistry Labs in Ingersoll Hall; 1,100 square foot and 4,700 square foot labs. The Cancer Center and Chemistry Department Renovations Project consists of the reconfiguration and modernization of existing, outdated Chemical Storage Rooms and the renovation of Chemistry Research Laboratories within Ingersoll Hall at Brooklyn College

Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
Labor Affiliation: PLA/UNION
RFI Deadline: Friday January 23, 2026 @ 5PM
Subcontractor Bid Due Date: All proposals from bidding vendors must be submitted to Vernon no later than Wednesday February 4th, 2026 end of business day (5PM).
