DEPEW PUMPING STATION IMPROVEMENTS-CONTRACT NO. 61

The project entails a comprehensive upgrade of the Depew Wastewater Pumping Station, focusing on electrical control and power systems. The contractor will supply, install, and commission five variable‑frequency drive (VFD) packages (two 250 HP and three 200 HP), perform demolition of existing electrical equipment, and execute related wiring, conduit, and enclosure work. The scope also includes harmonic mitigation, communication interfaces, on‑site training, and a six‑day startup service. Optional demolition items may be bid on as alternates. • Supply and install five Schneider‑type VFDs with NEMA‑rated enclosures, harmonic mitigation, and Modbus TCP/IP connectivity. • Demolish existing pump‑station electrical equipment per revised demolition drawings (ED‑101). • Provide 48‑month warranty, spare parts, on‑site supervision (≥2 days), two‑day training, and six‑day startup services. • Coordinate with the general contractor and other trades; adhere to NY State procurement rules and applicable NEC/UL standards.
