Description
The City of Augusta, Central Services Department, is seeking proposals for the Old Government House Mold Remediation Project. The project involves mold remediation services for the Old Government House in Augusta, Georgia. Proposers must demonstrate experience with public agencies or institutional facilities and provide a detailed remediation plan, proposed project schedule, and financial information. The evaluation criteria include completeness of response, qualifications and experience, organization and approach, scope of services, financial stability, schedule of work, references, and proximity to the area.
• The proposal must include a notarized Attachment B, which includes a business license number, acknowledgement of addenda, statement of non-discrimination, non-collusion affidavit, conflict of interest, and contractor affidavit and agreement.
• The proposal must also include a separate sealed envelope with the fee proposal, which includes a total lump sum for the complete project and a detailed price sheet for the various tasks listed under Section III Scope of Services.
• The City of Augusta reserves the right to request additional information and to request a "Best and Final" offer.
• The contract will be awarded to the proposer who submitted a proposal that is most advantageous to the City of Augusta, based on the evaluation criteria.
