Minneapolis ARTCC (ZMP) Water Treatment Services, MN

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide water treatment services for the Minneapolis ARTCC (ZMP) facility in Farmington, Minnesota. The contractor will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive water treatment program to protect the facility's boiler and cooling systems from scale, corrosion, and microbiological growth. The program should include regular testing, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure the systems are running efficiently and effectively. The contractor will also be required to provide training to FAA personnel and submit regular reports on the program's performance. • The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in providing water treatment services and annual sales of over $15 million. • The contractor must have a full-time representative with at least 5 years of experience in water treatment and a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive chemical treatment program, including scale and corrosion control, biological control, and closed loop treatment. • The contractor must have in-house laboratory capabilities to support the water treatment program.
