Herbicides and Adjuvants for Invasive Plant Control

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking bids for the provision of herbicides and adjuvants for invasive plant control. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. Bidders must provide electronic copies of the current approved label for all products bid, and pricing shall be per unit, FOB destination. The Commission reserves the right to inspect the prospective Contractor’s materials and background record prior to making an award. • The bid allows for awarding to the lowest bid per unit per line item. • The Commission requires that bidders submit all required technical, specification, and other supporting information with their bid. • The contract will be effective one year upon issuance of Purchase Order. • The Commission has the option to renew this Contract on a yearly basis for a period up to one (1) year after the initial Contract period upon the same terms and conditions contained herein.
