The City of Homestead is seeking a qualified vendor to purchase, furnish, and deliver sixteen Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Decanters for the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for the supply and delivery of the SBR Decanters, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and operational requirements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Key aspects of the project include: • Replacement of existing SBR decanters to reduce downtime associated with repairs • Ensuring the Wastewater Treatment Facility can meet permitted influent flow requirements and accommodate increased flows during storm events • Procurement of owner-furnished equipment consisting solely of stainless-steel decanters • Delivery of the SBR Decanters within 20 weeks after receipt of purchase order • Compliance with all relevant standards and operational requirements
