J045--Sources Sought Notice - R-stamp repair of welded chemical injection nozzle on the boiler plant deaeration tank

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5 is seeking sources for a certified R-stamp repair to the chemical injection port of the boiler Plant DA tank at the Perry Point VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to perform the repair, which includes removing and replacing a thread-o-let and installing a new chemical quill. The contractor must also retain the service of a licensed third-party boiler inspector to inspect the area and verify the repair method.
