Flagpole Replacement for MDVA - Luverne

The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Veteran Affairs (MDVA), is seeking proposals for the removal of eight existing flagpoles and the furnish and installation of nine new flagpoles in front of the Minnesota Veterans Home – Luverne. The project is expected to be completed by May 15, 2026. • The project includes the removal of eight existing flagpoles and the installation of nine new flagpoles. • The pricing must be inclusive of all new flagpoles, transportation, equipment, and labor costs, and include a trade-in credit for the eight old flagpoles. • A mandatory site visit is required for responders who did not complete a site visit for solicitation #2000017558 in 2025. • Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
