Description
Arkansas Tech University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide fiber‑connectivity infrastructure for its new Agricultural Education building in Russellville. The work includes installing underground 4‑inch conduit, constructing two new ground vaults, installing TraceSafe wiring, and splicing and labeling single‑mode armored fiber (12‑strand for the basic option, optional 24‑strand plus an above‑ground splice box for the advanced option). The contractor must also supply all specified hardware, produce as‑built documentation, and certify the fiber installation.
• Install underground conduit, ground vaults, and TraceSafe cable per detailed specifications.
• Provide fiber splicing (12‑strand basic; 24‑strand advanced) using listed Multilink components and terminate in vaults/splice boxes.
• Deliver certification reports, as‑built drawings, labeling, and all required bonding/insurance documentation with the sealed bid.
