PWP CL-2026-230) Addendum 6 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - ARFF STATION IMPROVEMENTS AT LAS

The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is seeking bids for the construction of a new Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) facility at Harry Reid International Airport. The project includes demolition of the existing ARFF building, construction of a new ARFF facility, and miscellaneous site improvements. The contract is subject to 49 CFR Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs, and has a DBE goal of 5.6% of the contract amount. The project requires compliance with various federal provisions, including Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, Affirmative Action, and Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension. Some key features of the project include: • Demolition of the existing ARFF building • Construction of a new ARFF facility • Miscellaneous site improvements, including new concrete aprons and asphalt parking areas • New concrete pads to support fire department provided training props • Site utilities, new site and building mounted lighting, on site above ground fueling with supporting infrastructure, and new data duct banks, conduit, fiber and associated trenching/boring The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price and a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price.
