CAFE Salesforce Lightning Conversion - RFI

The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking information regarding the conversion of their Client Assessment File and Event (CAFE) management system from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning. The CAFE system is used by 48 non-profit organizations and the CDHS to manage data. The scope of the project includes converting the CAFE app to Lightning, working with each non-profit organization to integrate customizations, and potentially creating a "blind admin" to manage background settings and updates. • The conversion should include pricing for the developer organization and the conversion production organization. • The conversion should consider alternative solutions to the Salesforce-to-Salesforce Connector. • The conversion should estimate the cost of adapting managed packages for the 48 non-profit organizations. • The conversion should estimate the cost of creating a "blind admin" for the 48 organizations.
