Description
The US Air Force is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for non-personal commercial lodging within a 13-mile radius of the 183d Wing, Springfield, IL. The BPAs will be awarded to small businesses, with a size standard of $40M. The contract will have a period of performance of up to 3 years, with a minimum order value of $1.00 and a maximum ceiling of $350,000.00. The government intends to award multiple BPAs, with monthly firm-fixed price orders.
• The contractor must provide single and double occupancy rooms at or below the approved GSA per diem rates.
• The contractor must block off rooms for the government as needed.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement and pricing sheet.
• The government reserves the right to award multiple BPAs under this solicitation.
• The government intends to work directly with each BPA holder to ensure timely communication.
