Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide ongoing software support, data updates, and functional enhancements for the National Navigation Operation & Management Performance Evaluation & Assessment System (NNOMPEAS) for FY 2026‑2027. The effort includes database migrations, vessel‑movement data updates, cost model enhancements, performance‑code improvements, new statistical views, risk‑management framework compliance, and value‑to‑the‑nation reporting, plus associated travel and status‑tracking tasks. The contract will run for 435 calendar days from award and will be performed at the contractor’s facilities.
