Cancellation Notice-Women's Health Quality Improvement

The Women's Health Quality Improvement (WHQI) solicitation has been cancelled. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Affairs, Clinical Support Division has decided to reject all proposals received in response to this solicitation due to significant deficiencies.
