This solicitation seeks a qualified general contractor to execute the exterior renovation of NYC Health + Hospitals’ Woodhull Medical Center, specifically the removal and reconstruction of the lower cooling‑tower envelope (Package 1A) and the upper cooling‑tower envelope (Package 1B). The work includes demolition, structural steel modifications, installation of new façade systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing integration, temporary site protection, and adherence to NYC building, fire, and labor codes.
