Site Prep for Modular Unit

The Franklin County Land Bank is seeking a qualified contractor to perform site preparation for the installation of a modular home with a full basement system. The scope of work includes excavation, placement of a compacted stone base, and partial backfill. The contractor will be responsible for completing all work in accordance with the attached site plans and specifications. The project is expected to be completed within one month. Key aspects of the project include: • Site excavation and preparation for foundation installation • Placement of compacted stone base • Partial backfill and concrete slab placement • Coordination with utility companies for connections • Protection of existing garage, driveway, and pedestrian sidewalk • Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations The contractor must provide proof of required licenses and certifications, workman's compensation and general liability insurance, and references from previous customers.
