Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Parks, is seeking bids for accommodations and hospitality upgrades at the Lake Cumberland State Resort Park Lodge. The project includes selective interior finishes demolition, new millwork, flooring, lighting fixtures, and updated dining room. Guest rooms will receive new finishes, furniture, and restroom fixtures. Public restrooms will also receive aesthetic upgrades. The project requires bidders to submit their bids electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
• The site visit meeting will be held on 12/11/2025 at 9:00 A.M. Central Time.
• Bidders must register in the Commonwealth eProcurement System via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) System.
• The bid closing date and time is 01/06/2026.
• The assigned date and time stamp from the eProcurement system will establish the date and time the bid was submitted.
