SS7271 Sanitary Sewer Easement Maintenance

The City of Columbia is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide sanitary sewer easement clearing and maintenance services. The scope of work includes vegetation clearing, removal of debris and obstructions, selective tree and brush removal, mowing, and related maintenance activities. The contractor will be required to secure all necessary licenses and permits, and to provide proof of financial responsibility. The contract will be for a period of 365 consecutive calendar days, with an additional 180 days for contract closeout.
