The opportunity is for the repair of the exterior stairs at the gatehouse tower at Townshend Lake, Townshend, VT. The work involves concrete, crack, and sealing repairs, and the contractor must sound all repair areas to find the extents of the repairs and remove the unsound concrete to a minimum depth of three inches. The contractor will then repair the unsound concrete area to the original thickness and match the existing or intended profiles. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
