Mid-Term Safety Improvements of I-295/ DC 295

The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is seeking qualified engineering consulting firms to provide design, engineering, and construction‑phase services for mid‑term safety improvements along the I‑295 / DC 295 corridor. The work will be performed under an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with individual task orders issued as needs arise over a five‑year period. The scope includes median barrier reconstruction, shoulder and drainage upgrades, signage and striping, intersection and interchange redesign, pavement studies, public‑engagement planning, and related engineering deliverables. Firms must submit an SF‑330 qualification package limited to 60 pages, acknowledging receipt of the latest amendment.
