The Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking quotes for Buoyance Control Devices for the Baltimore County Police Department Marine Unit. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder must provide all the required equipment, including OMS 60lb (-27kg) Performance Double Wing, OMS Weight Pockets Horizontal OMS Ballast System with removable D-Ring 20lbs, OMS SS Backplate w/Comfort Harness System III, and Zeagle Octo-Z. The bidder must also provide shipping. • The contract will be for a period of one year from the date of acceptance. • The bidder must provide a warranty for the goods for a period of one year from the date of acceptance. • The bidder must provide insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance, and workers' compensation and employers' liability insurance. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). • The bidder must provide a Taxpayer ID Form and a Proposal Signature Cover Page.
