2026 Rankin First Offsite Sewer Improvements

The City of Brandon is seeking bids for the construction of the 2026 Rankin First Offsite Sewer Improvements project. The project includes the installation of approximately 6,700 linear feet of 18" gravity sewer and associated manholes, connections, and all other necessary appurtenances. The contract time is 210 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per calendar day thereafter. • The project is open to qualified bidders under Mississippi State Law, with a Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors. • Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors. • The City of Brandon is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will not discriminate against bidders on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual preference, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status. • The contract documents may be examined at the City of Brandon or Benchmark Engineering & Surveying, LLC, and copies may be obtained upon payment of $150 per set.
