Description
The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is seeking bids for the purchase of a Static Excitation System for the Cowlitz Falls Hydroelectric Project. The system should include associated accessories, engineering delivery, training, and commissioning. The contract term will be from the contract execution date through product delivery and any subsequent warranty period. Bidders must be licensed to do business in the State of Washington and meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the solicitation. The District reserves the right to reject all bids and to make an award without further discussion of the bid.
• The bid must include all costs associated with the delivery and installation of the system.
• The bid must include a warranty for the system and its components.
• The bidder must provide a performance bond to guarantee the faithful performance of the contract.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance coverage for the duration of the contract.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
