Description
The Washtenaw ISD is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver commercial-grade pool chemicals for K-12 school districts and other eligible public entities. The contract will be for a period of three years with two one-year renewal options. The selected vendor will be required to provide competitive pricing, ensure reliable seasonal availability, and comply with all applicable regulations. The vendor must have at least three years of experience providing pool chemicals to at least three K-12 school districts or public entities.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Providing pool chemicals that meet or exceed the specifications set forth in the RFQu
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Clean Air Act and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act
* Providing reliable and prompt delivery of products
* Maintaining proper containment and spill prevention measures
* Providing standard delivery within three business days and emergency delivery within one business day
* Submitting quarterly sales reports and other reporting documents to CoPro+/PPIM/Washtenaw ISD
