The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is issuing eight separate requirement contracts for the installation of vinyl‑composition (V/C) floor tile in apartments across eight Manhattan developments. Bidders must be pre‑qualified on NYCHA’s Tile PQL, register with the NY DOL under Davis‑Bacon, and submit separate removal‑only and installation line‑item bids via iSupplier.
