Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is seeking to purchase four 17ft Aluminum Flat Bottom Tiller Mud Boat packages, including boats, motors, and trailers. The boats and motors must be designed for operation in shallow water with light vegetation and meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contract shall commence upon issuance and automatically expire upon delivery and final acceptance.
• The boats must be 17 feet long, with a flat bottom and a minimum of 21 inches of side depth.
• The motors must be 40 HP surface drive tiller outboard motors, compatible with the boats.
• The trailers must be suitable for transporting the boats and motors, with a fully welded frame and axles positioned to provide sufficient tongue weight.
• The contractor must deliver the boat packages to two different locations in Texas, with the option for TPWD to pick up the packages to save freight charges.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the boats, motors, and trailers, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
