The Lamar County School District is seeking a qualified vendor to remove existing Mitsubishi HVAC equipment and install three new Hitachi VRF A2L (R‑32) systems in the Bellevue Elementary cafeteria. The scope includes equipment removal, supply and installation of new heat‑pump condensers, cassettes and wall‑mount handlers, refrigerant charging, use of existing drain and electrical lines, factory start‑up, commissioning, and a 10‑year parts/compressor warranty plus a 1‑year labor warranty. The contractor must be Hitachi‑certified, hold EPA certification, and possess a valid Mississippi contractor’s license.
