THERMOPLASTICS FOR ROADWAY MARKINGS

The State of Idaho is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a full range of thermoplastic roadway‑marking products for all six ITD districts under a blanket purchase order. The contract will cover pre‑formed 125 mil thermoplastic items (raised markers, delineators, symbols, arrows, letters, etc.) across three application categories (pre‑heat, moisture‑removal, cold‑application). Bidders must be an authorized distributor or the manufacturer, meet strict AASHTO, ASTM, and Federal Standard specifications, and deliver FOB destination within 30 calendar days of each purchase order. The award will be based on the lowest fully‑burdened total evaluated cost, with optional volume discounts that are not evaluated. The base term is two years with up to two additional two‑year renewal options (potential total of six years). • Provide 38 distinct thermoplastic line‑items (white and yellow) meeting specified glass‑bead content, retro‑reflectivity, skid‑resistance, thickness, and bond‑strength criteria. • All pricing must be entered in Submittal Form B (Excel) as fully‑burdened FOB destination unit costs; no pricing may appear elsewhere. • Mandatory compliance documentation includes an authorized‑distributor letter and, if applicable, trade‑secret redaction statements. • Delivery must be to any of the six ITD district locations within 30 days ARO; invoices are due within 30 days of delivery.
