Description
The University of Washington seeks a qualified firm to design, fabricate, test, and deliver a custom shipboard A‑Frame system for use at the South TOTO Acoustic Measurement Facility (STAFAC) in the Bahamas. The effort includes structural steel fabrication, hydraulic power unit, winches, custom hydraulic cylinders, control console, deck winch, hoses, protective coatings, and a full documentation and turnover package, with a mandatory Factory Acceptance Test and final delivery by mid‑December 2026.
• Supply a complete A‑frame assembly (structural components, winches, cylinders, HPU, control system) meeting marine‑grade durability and corrosion‑protection requirements.
• Perform FAT covering static/dynamic load testing, pressure tests, and functional verification before shipment.
• Provide full as‑built drawings, QA reports, certification documents, and post‑delivery support per the university’s specifications.
