The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce a complete stationery packet for Judge Janet A. Cabral, consisting of letterhead, various envelopes, note cards, pads, business cards, and associated digital press‑ready files. All items must be printed on specified paper stocks, include gold‑foil Eagle seal stamping, and be packaged and shipped traceably to the U.S. District Court in San Diego, CA. The contract is a small‑purchase RFQ with a fixed delivery deadline and requires offset/press printing (no digital printing).
