Description
The City of Port Orange is soliciting bids for the renovation and expansion of Willow Run Park. The project includes the construction of sports courts and lights, a standard playground, a bicycle playground, restroom facility, and other park amenities. Bidders must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and be certified General Contractors. The contract term will be for 300 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed from the City.
• The project requires the construction of sports courts and lights, a standard playground, a bicycle playground, restroom facility, and other park amenities.
• Bidders must submit a minimum of two distinctly different conceptual designs for each playground area.
• The City reserves the right to select and modify designs.
• The project has established allowances for the purchase and installation of playground equipment and safety surfacing.
• Bidders must provide proof of E-Verify registration and must be able to obtain payment and performance bonds from a surety company licensed in Florida.
