RFP - Welding Lab

The Van Buren ISD is seeking bids for the Career & Technical Education Improvements project, which includes the construction of a welding lab. The project requires bidders to have at least five years of experience in similar work and to provide bid security and performance bonds. The bidding documents can be viewed on the GDK Construction's Datto Workplace site or at the Grand Rapids Builders Exchange. A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 28, 2026, at 3:00 pm local time. • The bidding documents will be available after May 21, 2026. • Bidders must submit their bids in triplicate and include a sworn and notarized Familiar Disclosure Statement. • The successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for the full amount of the contract. • The bid opening will be a public opening with a virtual viewing option.
