The Government Publishing Office (on behalf of U.S. Customs and Border Protection) is seeking a printer to produce two sets of certificate folders—one landscape (jacket 472‑100) and one portrait (jacket 472‑101)—each quantity 10,000. The folders require a 14 × 22½ in flat (landscape) or 11 × 28½ in flat (portrait) format, gold‑foil stamped agency logo, die‑cut tabs, and a deep bottom pocket. All printed media and stamping dies will be supplied by the National Distribution Center; the contractor must perform pre‑flight checks, set trapping, screen angles/frequency, and meet GPO Quality Level 3 standards. Finished folders are to be shrink‑wrapped in “25s”, packaged 250 per carton, 40 cartons per pallet (one pallet per jacket), and shipped via traceable carriers with signature required. Stamping dies must be returned separately after production. Digital deliverables (native files and PDFs) must be emailed to the CBP contacts.
