The City of Methuen is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional grant writing and consulting services. The purpose of this RFP is to identify one or more experienced firms to assist the City in identifying, researching, preparing, drafting, and submitting grant applications to federal, state, and private funding sources aligned with municipal priorities. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Providing grant writing and consulting services to the City of Methuen • Identifying, researching, preparing, drafting, and submitting grant applications to various funding sources • Aligning grant applications with municipal priorities • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is deemed to be in the best interest for the City to do so
