Description: Modernization of 7 elevators at Queens Criminal Court Annex at 125-01 Queens Boulevard, Queens, NY. The elevator replacement shall include new elevator cars and hoist way equipment, cloud monitoring system, controllers, power units, sump pump, and other related required items as noted in the Contract Documents. The work shall include, but not be limited to Elevator Replacement, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Security.
URGENTLY SEEKING: NYC Certified MWBE subcontractors, capable of completing these available trade/scope areas:
Selective demolition, Miscellaneous metals, Rough Carpentry & Temporary Partitions. Painting, Security wiring & conduit electrician. Laborer general cleanup & containers, Asbestos abatement, Lead Paint abatement
