Description
The City of Ames is seeking quotes for foundation anchors, cable & wire for Electric Services. The foundation anchors must comply with the latest revision of ASTM and/or AASHTO standards and be hot dip galvanized per ASTM A153 after fabrication. Each unit must be designed to withstand 10,000 Ft-Lbs of installation torque and come with a bolt, nut, and washer. The warranty period is a minimum of one year against any manufacturing defect. The key requirements of the job include:
• Providing foundation anchors that meet the specified standards
• Ensuring the anchors are hot dip galvanized and can withstand the required installation torque
• Including the necessary hardware (bolt, nut, and washer) with each unit
• Providing a minimum of one year warranty against manufacturing defects
