Description
The North Andover Housing Authority is seeking bids for the painting of common hallway areas and interior doors and trim. The objective is to improve aesthetics, maintain property standards, and protect wall surfaces from wear and damage. The estimated cost of the project is $130,528. The project is subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J and minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
• The project consists of preparing, priming, and painting designated areas.
• The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection between 10 A.M. and 11 A.M. on 4/9/2026.
• General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount.
• The Workforce Participation benchmark is set at 6.9% for women and 15.3% for minorities.
