Description
The project involves replacing the roof of the bowling alley at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The project is restricted to Small Business (SB) Multiple Award Construction (MAC) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) holders only. The estimated project value is below $25 million. The contractor will be required to perform full design-build engineering services, including structural calculations, wind uplift, thermal performance, shop drawings, and code compliance. The contractor must attend the initial site visit to be considered eligible to propose. The site visit was held on May 20, 2026, and only MAC BOA holders who attended the site visit will be able to continue forward toward the award.
* The project requires the replacement of the existing roof with a new EPDM roof on Section 1 and a new retro-fit metal roof system on Sections 2/3.
* The contractor must provide as-built submittals in AutoCAD format and PDF copies.
* The contractor must evaluate and determine which penetrations to remain or demolish.
* The contractor must provide a comprehensive asbestos/lead/hazardous materials survey for the existing roof, insulation, wall panels, and associated materials.
