Description
The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a contract with a Respondent to seeking proposals from qualified suppliers with experience in liquid hydrogen systems and cryogenic engineering. The work includes providing engineering support, facility modifications, experimental operations, and data support related to the design and testing of a hydrogen/helium cryogenic heat exchanger.
• The work shall be conducted at the supplier’s facility, utilizing their hydrogen systems and expertise, with close collaboration with the FSU team.
• The supplier should have experience in liquid hydrogen systems and cryogenic engineering.
• The contract will be for the design and testing of a hydrogen/helium cryogenic heat exchanger.
