Description
The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to DeTect Inc. for the Merlin Bird Radar with drone detection. The contract will be executed in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial.
• The contract is for a commercial product, specifically the Merlin Bird Radar with drone detection.
• The contract will be awarded to DeTect Inc. under a sole source justification.
