The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide a Sourcing Intelligence Platform for fiscal year 2027. The contract will cover a twelve‑month service period, with a maximum not‑to‑exceed value of $25,000, and will be governed by the state’s Quick‑Quote boiler‑plate terms.
• Deliver a cloud‑based sourcing intelligence solution that supports supplier discovery, spend analysis, and risk monitoring.
• Provide implementation, data migration, training, and ongoing technical support throughout the contract term.
• Ensure compliance with Alabama procurement requirements (E‑Verify, sales‑tax registration, foreign‑entity registration, etc.) and adhere to electronic invoicing and payment processes.
• Allow annual renewal up to a five‑year total term, with any price increase capped at 5 % per year and justified by an index‑based adjustment.
