United States Army Alternative Positioning, Navigation and Timing

The United States Army is seeking information for the provision of satellite airtime and engineering & maintenance support for the transition to operation of a custom alternative position, navigation, and timing (ALTPNT) solution. The solution, also known as "ALTNAV", was developed by the United States Army Program Executive Office (PEO) - Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (IEW&S) Project Manager (PM) Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). • The task order is only open to current pLEO contractors. • Access will only be provided to those with the appropriate NAICS, 517410 -- Satellite Telecommunications within their SAM Registration assertion. • The solution requires satellite airtime and engineering & maintenance support for the transition to operation. • The United States Army is seeking information from qualified contractors to support the ALTNAV solution.
